આર .એન. ભાયાણી વિદ્યા સંકુલ ગુજરાતી માધ્યમના આચાર્ય તરીકે જણાવતા આનંદ થાય છે કે હું આ સંસ્થાનો એક ભાગ છું જેનો હું ગર્વ અનુભવ છું. તમારું બાળક એક આદર્શ અને દિવ્ય ક્ષમતાવાન બને તે માટે સદાય પ્રયત્નશીલ રહું છું અને હંમેશને માટે રહીશ. તથા મારી શાળાની શૈક્ષણિક તથા બિન શૈક્ષણિક ટીમ હંમેશા સમાજ, વાલી, વિદ્યાર્થી અને સંચાલકની વચ્ચે રહી યોગ્ય દિશા સૂચક બનવાનું કાર્ય કરતી રહેશે. બાળક સમાજ અને રાષ્ટ્રનિર્માણ માટે સજ્જ બને તે માટે શાળામાં સદાય ઉત્સાહનો માહોલ જળવાઈ રહે તેવો પ્રયત્ન રહેશે. મારી શાળા આર. એન. ભાયાણી વિદ્યા સંકુલનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય વિદ્યાર્થીમાં શિસ્તની કેળવણી, તલસ્પર્શી અભ્યાસ અંગે દ્રષ્ટિકોણ કેળવવો અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને લક્ષ્યાંક સુધી પહોંચાડવાનો છે અને રહેશે…..

The mission of R.N.Bhayani Vidya Sankul in partnership with families and community is to develop intellectually curious, lifelong learners who posses strong character and values and the skills necessary to be responsible and productive world citizens of the 21st century. No doubt school plays a pivotal role inculcating values through both. The curriculum and co-curricular activities emphasises the acquisitionof knowledge. Understanding critical thinking and problem solving abilities for all students as all students a unique and special have the ability to learn.
I firmly believe that the hunger for knowledge it is the key to exploit our capacities and capabilities. It is rightly said that teaching vocation demands a constant promptness to accept the new ideas and the teachers must be enthusiastic, creative and committed to transform the lives of the children
